LCS has quickly established a reputation for unparalleled service in the highly competitive field of U.S. Gulf Coast Inspection Services.  We are the more proud that this enviable record has been attained without compromise to the principles upon which the company was founded.  LCS remains a small marine surveying company by choice; we have concentrated our efforts into the quality side of the business.  Our laboratory is housed in a 5,500 square foot building and is manned by experienced professionals dedicated to rendering the very best service possible to our clients. 

Now that we have met our initial promise, LCS enters a new decade with even greater vigor and determination.  We are confident that the level of performance LCS has achieved shall become the standard by which a superior laboratory is judged. 

LCS was organized in 1979.  The owners of the company have been in the inspection and laboratory business for a combined total of 75 years.  Our laboratory is divided into six sections:  the chemical lab, the waste oil lab, the petroleum lab, the commodities lab, the water lab, and the research lab.  By having all these laboratories under one roof, we are able to handle all of your testing and research needs. 

LCS is an A2LA Accredited laboratory &  member of the ASTM, API, IP and NORA.

LCS is associated with LabCal and Repair Inc. (www.labcalandrepairinc.com )  This company can calibrate all of your laboratory thermometers, lab equipment and perform any type of instrument repair.  LabCal will do all this at a fraction of the cost of the manufacturers’ charges and, of course, LabCal and Repair, Inc. warranties all of their work.
